Core workouts for Rowing and Sculling


Today a guest post from Decent Rowing giving a range of core exercises for rowing and sculling

Beginner core exercises

  • The Dog – (3 variations)
  • Front Plank – (1-4mins)
  • Side Plank – (45sec-3mins swap sides)
  • Fit-ball Leg Lift – (10-30 on each leg – 3 Variations)
  • Alternate Leg Lower – (10 On each leg through to 30)
  • Crunches – (20-50, can use weight for extra pain)
