Coaches – teach your crews and coxswains how to hold water and do an emergency stop

Regatta officials – have a safety boat, a buoyed return lane, a way of stopping racing after an incident and instructions to crews to row on after crossing the finish line.

FISA had a discussion group lately focussing on rowing coaches to teach safety aspects while training.
