If you are interested in Dr. McGill’s work but unsure of which book to begin with let me take a moment to tell you a little about each one.

Dr. McGill has completed the knowledge transfer process with his 3rd and newest book, “Back Mechanic” which targeted the lay public with back pain. “Back Mechanic” is a step-by-step guide to empower the reader to become their own best advocate to get rid of their pain. Rich illustrations guide the process. This book is about learning your unique pain triggers and how to avoid them, as well as a comprehensive guide to each set of corrective exercises that will adjust your movement patterns and build your tolerance and strength.
