  1. Greetings. I own an old concept 2 B, and do a 30 minute erg daily at the same perceived sweaty effort. 2 years ago near monthly jumps in average split time led to 5x bypass surgery. Back on the erg after 3 weeks at 3.05 split. Gradually reduced to 2.07 after 4 months. I’m 70.
