Is this your first world championships?
I have had world cup experiences and I had an idea what the Worlds would be like but this is much bigger.  It scares me a bit But my competition was fine I have made the A Final.  I won bronze in Luzern this summer.
My coach is Jose Oyarzabal from our club Flamingo in Rio de Janiero.
What’s the best part of your technique?
The finish.  I can push the boat through well.  My coach makes me practice ht parts I am less good at like the catch.  I do tapping, first one scull and then the other.  Then squared and feathered, then taking short strokes.
What happens next for you?
I want to go to the Olympics I have a doubles partner but she’s injured.  We will do LW2x next season.  I went in 2004 and in2008 as a heavyweight.  But I got pregnant and after I had my daughter I lost a lot of weight and so decided to become lightweight.  This is how my times got better.
