Ergo Workout Part 1


Many of you like to workout on an ergo during the cold winter month. Especially now when the weather is getting colder and the cold rain showers in Britain make it quite uncomfortable to be outside in general. This week we like to present a video series with ergo workouts to you!

Our coach Jean-Pierre Talamona has prepared an exercise for you! It contains of 4 sets of 5 minutes of short intervals at full power alternated with 6 minutes pauses without forces at 16/20 cadence.
