Ergo Workout Part 2 – Stretching


On Tuesday we presented you a video of an exercise on the Ergo. Todays focus is on the stretching after an exercise like that! A good workout is only as good as the stretching afterwards. If you followed our Friday posts about injuries and injury prevention before, you might already heard that stretching can lower the risk of injuries drastically. The stretching exercises are presented by Jean Piere Talamona! Enjoy!

The video contains a series of 10 minute quick stretches with 20 positions. Each position is held for 20 seconds with 10 seconds to move to the next position. The goal is to stretch the muscles to restore their original length after training and reduce the risk of injury or low back pain.
