HandSizing is critical to getting the right gloves.  Rowing Gloves work best with a snug fit.  We offer 5 different sizes of glove.

Rowing Glove Size Chart

  • XX Small 15-17 cm hand circumference
  • Small 17-19 cm
  • Medium 19-21 cm
  • Large 21-23 cm
  • X Large 23 – 25 cm

When measuring, make sure to measure circumference of the hand across the widest part of your palm, halfway between your thumb and forefinger, straight across to the edge of your hand as shown, with your fingers outstretched.

Use your best judgment when determining which size best suits your hand type. For example, a slender hand and a thick hand may have the same width, but not the same fit. If your fingers are thick and you’re on the border between two sizes, go with the larger size.

Please measure your hands before buying.  Gloves cannot be exchanged if used.

Rowing glove testimonials

A local high school rower was in desperate need of a solution for her injured hands. When we met her, she was using tape soaked in tea.

She bought a pair of rowing gloves, and after one week saw a dramatic improvement:

Best choice I’ve ever made. Allowed me to row to my best ability and my hands to heal quickly; I could actually grip the oar properly. I’m never going to row without them! – Hannah M.
