Ergo Workout Part 3


Part 3 of our Ergo Workout special this week! We’re happy to share an interval training session with Jean-Pierre Talamona! Enjoy the workout and have a good and safe start into the weekend before Christmas!

An intense 36-minute Interval Training session that combines cardio with a strengthening of the abdominals. The session includes a quick 3-minute warm-up and a 3-minute cool-down as well. An additional warm-up with the rowing ergometer 10 to 20 minutes beforehand is welcome.
