I am a 17 year old going into year 12 at school and currently get a 6:55 2 km on sliders at 64 kilos and 172 centimeters, and would sayI am an aerobic athlete. I want to know how to improve my ergo to around 6:35, so I can make the first VIII and win HOTR at my school. What should I do?
