What’s the best way to record and share rowing training logs?

We got contacted by Juan – he is a coach in the sea rowing club at the North of Spain. They do sea rowing, known as Traineras there and it is very popular, taken very seriously, with a solid professional structure and sponsors, and they have  far more rowers that the Spanish rowing clubs!

Juan is  looking for a program to manage his training data, a sort of Excel file to enter all the training sessions, with volumes and intensities, take graphics and so on…He is wondering if Rowperfect can supply such a tool to him.

We have also seen a good team tool called Sprongo  where you can record video of your team, analyse it and share it privately.

But for training sessions the best one is Sportlyzer  where you can record the training programme and each athlete says what they have done (or not done).  Here’s our review of the Sportlyzer service.
