Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (for example sprint, dumbbell workout). Creatine monohydrate contains as only ingredients pure creatine monohydrate and is completely neutral tasting.
Creatine is usually absorbed by the body through eating meat and fish and is then stored in the muscle fibres as creatine phosphate. For an efficient storage and corresponding effects, a several week-long programme taking this supplement is necessary.
In high intensity interval sport
During 5-7 days, take daily 20 g of creatine divided into 3-4 portions together with beverage containing carbohydrates.
Take 2-4 g daily
Not suitable for children and growing adolescents. Not meant for long-term use. Weight gain can occur. Only use for trainings or competition.
