This DVD will take you through our rowing warm-up and stretching routines which are specifically designed for rowing. Also included is a series of stretching measurements to help measure progress and level of flexibility.
Throughout the DVD we describe both how to complete the exercise and the purpose of the exercises and stretches. This DVD is great from novice school and club crews through to those preparing for international competition.
