How you changed my rowing with your blog
Hi Carlos,
I want to thank you for writing everyday to your blog! I want to tell you about my experience with the RP3 and how it changed my rowing. Also I want to ask you for some advice.
I’m a lightweight rower from the Netherlands. Rowing is my life. I love the rhythm of the stroke, the flow of the boat. I love how the rhythm of training and recovery shapes my life.
Recently I bought a RP3. I felt it was the best way to improve my rowing. I placed it in front of a large screen, with a wide angle webcam next to the erg. With the video feed next to the power curve I can immediately see the effect of the changes I make. I think the direct feedback gives me a tremendous advantage.
Could you give me some tips on how to improve? That would be really great!
