Despatch
Despatch will be within 2 - 28 days of order acceptance although most orders are despatched within 7 days. Delivery is by third party and therefore can not be guaranteed.
Money Back Guarantee / Refund
All our products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product within this period, please notify us and then return the product for a full refund.
Warranty
All Rowperfect, Coxmate, Dreher and Magik Rowing products come with a parts-only one year manufacturers’ warranty. Notify us, within the warranty period, of any defect occurring and we¹ll supply you with a replacement part free of charge on our receipt of the defective part.
Maintenance
Our products are designed to require the minimum of maintenance. Spare parts are supplied with full instructions via the postal service upon receipt of payment by cheque, credit card or debit card order.
