Dreher Aero Sculls won the International Plastics Design Competition (Recreation and Leisure Classification ) held at McCormick Place Convention Center,in Chicago on June 24,2009 for its innovative design for the aerodynamic profile of the Aero oar shaft and blade that results in less air resistance, which is maximized when the oar is out of the water and the oar and boat velocities are both in the same direction. About Rebecca Caroe

Rebecca is a rower, coach and a marketing professional. Rowing since university, sculling since realising that unless she joined a sculling club, she'd always be drawn back to rowing and coaching since her second year in the sport. She loves the sport, its amateurism, its professionalism, its family nature and the passions it creates. She hates windy weather, cold, closed-minds and people who won't try something new. Enjoy!
